Terms of service

These terms apply when you use SellerSuggest at sellersuggest.co.uk, run by SellerSuggest ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@sellersuggest.co.uk.

1. The service

SellerSuggest connects to your eBay seller account to produce sales reports, diagnose listing performance and suggest improvements to your listings using AI. SellerSuggest is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• You must have authority to connect the eBay account you connect.

3. Suggestions and approvals

• Diagnoses and AI suggestions are based on the data available to us. They are suggestions, not guarantees of more views, sales or revenue.
• AI can make mistakes. Review every proposal before approving it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for complying with eBay's policies and the law.
• We only change an eBay listing when you click Approve on that proposal. Once approved, the change is sent to eBay straight away. eBay may reject some changes, for example title changes on auctions with bids.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts get a free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
• Paid plans (currently Starter £9/month, Growth £19/month, Pro £39/month) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part-months unless the law requires it.
• Plan limits (listings analysed, digest frequency and AI optimisations per month) are shown on the pricing page. Unused AI optimisations don't roll over.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, resell it, or use it to create misleading listings. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We aim to keep SellerSuggest running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features depend on eBay's systems, which can change or limit access. We may change or improve features over time.

7. Liability

• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
• We are not liable for lost sales, profits, revenue or business opportunities, or for changes you approved.
• Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
• If you use SellerSuggest as a consumer rather than a business, you also have the rights given to you by UK consumer law.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using SellerSuggest and disconnect eBay at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or close the service with 30 days' notice and a refund of any unused prepaid period.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
